Fast and easy to deploy, requires no expensive hardware due to its unique and
incredibly efficient design which doesn't use a database for storing files or
file metadata. It's NTFS from start to finnish.
No client software is needed on your workstations,
we only use functionality that already exists in Windows and the NTFS file

2012 or later de-duplication and DFS (Distributed File System)
Can be configure to archive to cloud storage. If you can access it via a UNC
path, then you can archive to it. That includes VM's hosted on Amazon AWS,

How is this possible? Simple.. No database is ever used to store files in (or
even pointers to files). The only database that is used is the tiny
configuration and job scheduling one which will run happily on the completely
free SQL Express 2008 R2 or later.
All of the information regarding where a file has been archived from and too is
maintained in the file system itself through the clever use of directory
structures and file properties.
